Chief Operating Officer
The Milwaukee Jewish Federation is seeking a mission-driven and strategic leader to be its next Chief Operating Officer (COO). This position will serve as the internal partner to the CEO, collaborating closely to develop and implement organizational strategies that align with the mission and priorities. The COO will oversee the daily operations of the Federation, ensuring that all functions run smoothly and effectively by supervising senior staff, managing financial and operational performance, mitigating risk and driving initiatives that enhance productivity and outcomes.
Security Guards
We have immediate openings for experienced, sworn officers to join our Security team, providing protection for staff, volunteers and visitors at a variety of Federation and Jewish community premises.
