NextGen Associate Director

We are seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven professional to serve as NextGen Associate Director, playing a key leadership role in shaping the engagement, leadership, and philanthropic pipeline for Jewish adults in their 20s, 30s, and 40s. This role is a dedicated partner in developing and executing strategies that deepen connection, build community, and inspire long-term involvement and giving. This role is community-focused and committed to building a better Jewish future for young adults in Milwaukee, and a self-starter who can manage a variety of tasks and details while serving a big-picture goal.

This role blends a high level of professionalism and customer service with superior administrative and organizational skills.


Development Associate (HERC)

The Nathan & Esther Pelz Holocaust Education Center (HERC) seeks a highly motivated, organized, and relationship-driven professional to serve as Development Associate, playing a key role in coordinating HERC’s annual campaign and donor portfolio strategy, which includes individual, grant, and foundational philanthropy topping $1M annually. This position plays a key role in the administration and execution of the organization’s annual fundraising efforts, donor stewardship activities, database management, gift processing, and development communications.


K-12 Student and Family Engagement Manager (J·Hub)

We are seeking an energetic, collaborative, and relationship-focused professional to help shape the future of education and engagement across Wisconsin’s public and private schools and family audiences in those districts through a uniquely Jewish lens. This exciting role is part of J·Hub: An Institute for K-12 Jewish Resources, MJF’s newest initiative dedicated to supporting educators, students, and families in fostering understanding of Jewish identity, addressing antisemitism, and creating inclusive, welcoming learning environments for all.


Multimedia Project Manager

The Multimedia Project Manager (MPM) is a creative, highly organized professional who plays a key role in a fast-paced, cross-functional marketing department. This individual is responsible for developing and producing turnkey branded and promotional content, managing projects across Milwaukee Jewish Federation’s digital ecosystem, and leading digital and social media strategies.

HERC Marketing Intern
