Chief Operating Officer
Milwaukee Jewish Federation is seeking a mission-driven and strategic leader to be its next Chief Operating Officer (COO). This position will serve as the internal partner to the CEO, collaborating closely to develop and implement organizational strategies that align with the mission and priorities. The COO will oversee the daily operations of the Federation, ensuring that all functions run smoothly and effectively by supervising senior staff, managing financial and operational performance, mitigating risk and driving initiatives that enhance productivity and outcomes.
Multimedia Project Manager
The Multimedia Project Manager (MPM) is a creative, highly organized professional who plays a key role in a fast-paced, cross-functional marketing department. This individual is responsible for developing and producing turnkey branded and promotional content, managing projects across Milwaukee Jewish Federation’s digital ecosystem, and leading digital and social media strategies.
Security Guards
We have immediate openings for experienced, sworn officers to join our Security team, providing protection for staff, volunteers and visitors at a variety of Federation and Jewish community premises.

HERC Marketing Intern
Working directly under HERC’s Marketing Manager, you will spend your time organizing and cataloging our image and digital asset library, archiving and maintaining marketing content, and proofreading materials to ensure accuracy and consistency across all communications. This work is detailed, deliberate, and deeply important to our ability to move forward as an organization.
