Caroline Saucier Kravit

Caroline Saucier Kravit is Chief of Staff for the Milwaukee Jewish Federation. Caroline partners with President/CEO Miryam Rosenzweig to support organizational priorities, oversee all governance activities including board and committee processes, and building connective tissue, systems and strategy across all Milwaukee Jewish Federation initiatives and teams. 

Caroline’s experience includes more than a decade at Johnson Controls/Clarios in positions of increasing responsibility in brand, merger integration, strategy, and operations. After the atrocities of October 7, 2023, Caroline was compelled to further utilize her corporate experience for the Jewish community. 

Together with her husband, J.J., Caroline is raising two children — one who attends Milwaukee Jewish Day School and one at Jewish Beginnings Lubavitch Preschool. Outside the office, you can find Caroline spending time with her family (immediate and extended), studying Torah, enjoying their rescue dog Fella, gardening, baking challah, or on the golf course.
